Join Tammy and Brooke for a 2 hour interactive workshop designed to break down the fundamentals of arm balances and inversions step-by-step in a supportive environment. Whether you're working toward your first crow pose or aiming to refine your handstand, this workshop will help you build on the strength, alignment, and confidence needed to take flight!
We'll explore key postures such as Crow, Headstand, Flying Pigeon, Firefly, and more with variations for all levels. Expect a balance of technique, strength drills, and playful practice to help you overcome fear and unlock new potential in your body and mind.
What to expect:
Begin with a warm-up to activate core and shoulder stability
Learn proper technique, breathing, variations, and smooth transitions for each posture
Focus on alignment principles and effective use of props for support and enhancement -Receive personalized guidance, optional hands-on assistance, and explore in a safe, supportive environment
Conclude with a comprehensive yoga flow and a Q&A session to integrate and clarify learning
This workshop is open to all levels, though some yoga experience is recommended. Come with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to fall and rise again!
