Take some time to relax and restore as we transition into Spring. Join us for a Yoga Nidra guided meditation and set an intention for the season ahead.
Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.
All levels welcome! Even if you have no experience with meditation, this special class will be a nice introduction to your practice. Held in a non-heated room. All you need is your mat and wear comfortable clothes. We hope to see you there!
This session will take place right after our yin class (from 4-5:15 PM) so you may choose to attend the class first (regular class rates apply) and stay for the meditation after!
Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Yoga Nidra session. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased.
