Meditation Challenge


Did you know that May is National Meditation Month? Join us for a meditation challenge for the month of May.

How it works:

Commit to a daily meditation practice for the month of May. Even 5-10 minutes can make a difference. It can be before or after class, during class (if there is a meditation included), or at home. Track your progress on your tracker.

How to Join:

Pick up your tracker at the front desk (or print your own at home). Be sure to submit your completed tracker (with your name) at the end of the month to be entered in the raffle for a chance to win prizes!

Why join?

Meditation has many benefits for our physical and mental health. Notice how you feel at the end of the month. Once you build a consistent practice, you'll be able to continue beyond the challenge.

Incentives:

  • Join the challenge -> Entry to win a small prize

  • 15+ days -> Entry to win a $50 gift card

  • 30+ days -> Entry to win a $100 gift card
