Summer Solstice Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra

Join Rachel for this relaxing 45 minute session of Slow Flow Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra guided meditation to celebrate the summer solstice and transition into the new season. 

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration.

All levels welcome! Even if you have no experience with yin yoga or meditation, this special class will be a nice introduction to your practice. Room will still be warm from class before so wear clothes to adjust to the temperature. All you need is your mat and water. We hope to see you there!
