Smriti is a Registered Nurse and advanced-level globally certified Practitioner of Holistic Medicine specializing in meditation and sound healing. With a foundation in healthcare and a lineage rooted in Ayurvedic and spiritual healing traditions, she weaves ancestral wisdom with modern science.
Her work integrates evidence-based medical principles with sound therapy and meditative practices that support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and whole-person well-being. She is deeply passionate about bridging ancient healing traditions with modern research to create therapeutic experiences that are both soulful and scientifically informed.
Sound healing is an ancient modality that uses vibration, frequency, and rhythm to restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Across cultures, sound has long been a powerful tool for healing, meditation, and spiritual connection. Today, emerging scientific research increasingly affirms what traditional systems have known for centuries. Sound and vibration can influence brainwave activity, calm the nervous system, and ease physiological stress responses.
In Smriti’s sessions, sound healing is thoughtfully combined with guided meditation and breath awareness to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system balance. Using traditional Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other harmonic instruments, participants are gently guided into a state of deep rest, a space where clarity, renewal, and inner spaciousness can naturally unfold.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps them feel supported, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask etc. Most importantly, come with an open heart and an open mind; ready to receive, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Sound Healing session. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased.
