Learning handstand is all about practice, patience and perseverance. It’s also about being able to trust yourself and allow for a little play. To practice handstand in a supportive environment using the wall is the best way to learn when you first begin - cultivating the stability and support you need.
A series of targeted warm-ups & poses will be offered that build the strength needed to get up. Be ready to experience several ways to get into handstand, several variations to play with, and partner work.
Workshop Designed For: Those that have a regular yoga practice, a strong Downward Facing Dog and Plank pose; not suitable for anyone that has wrist, elbow, or shoulder injuries, or are pregnant.

Cancellation policy- Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours before the workshop. You will receive a credit to attend a future Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop. The credit will expire 4 months from the date purchased. If there are no future sessions, the credit will not be offered.
