What would an hour and fifteen minutes completely for yourself feel like? This Mother's Day mini-retreat moves you through a 45-minute vinyasa flow and 15-minute deep stretch, and closes with a 15-minute guided journaling practice designed to reconnect you with who you are — not only as a mom, but on a deeper level. Bring your yoga mat, a notebook, a pen, and your curiosity.
The room will not be actively heated but may still be wam. Suitable for all levels. This workshop is open to Moms and Caregivers of all kinds, or anyone else looking for some self-care.
